So I decided to try one out for his lunch, and this has really changed the way he eats at school as the food is all separated and he can choose what to put in each compartment and actually enjoys taking lunch in (now if only we could just find a way for him to speed up eating).There are three sections, two full size and one split into 3 smaller compartments. Each section has a lid that locks in place and prevents spilling. In the top of carrier there is space for a fork and napkin (it comes with a chopstick and case). On the down side the container is a little small with no space for water or juice and perhaps would not hold enough food for someone with a large appetite.
