I purchased this after using my friend's Pampered Chef mixing pitcher. I couldn't begin to think about spending over $20 on a pitcher, so when I came across this one I was very happy. I actually like this one better than the Pampered Chef version. Key differences are: The mixer can go both up and down as well as be rotated.
